RISE AND GRIND

For some reason it feels like this post should start with a "Blood, sweat,and heels" reference on that could just be self-indoctrination as I yearn for some form of a "fav" show while I sit in scandal limber.  Come back Liv ! Ok now that I got that off my chest, its Monday, yes the dreaded Monday; new week, new rules (if u wanna call it that) for me they never change, work hard ask questions later is the recipe. I am mulling over a change to BlockParty TV, with possible addition of a lovely female host.  Certainly she would bring an appealing dynamic to the fold and I've never been a team ME kinda guy so let's see how this plays out.  Sorry Dee.
