Meet The Jersey Mint Records Team

Ace Da'Great
"I've been fresh since '89." And that right there should say everything one needs to know about this Jersey City native, who goes by the name, Ace Da'Great. He's not a product of his environment; he's a product of his generation. With his love for, and representation of flash and cash, Ace Da Great is as versatile an artist there is the rap game. An aspiring leader of the new school in rap, Ace has been influenced by such successful  artists such as Fabolous, Jadakiss and Cassidy, highlighting his music with hard-hitting punch lines and slick metaphors.

While perfecting his craft. Ace Da Great has stayed relevant with great msuic. Very recognizable, and well respected, he is define as a dedicated Hip-Hop artist.  With the backing of established independent label UpRight Entertainment Group, whom believes in his brand as well as his talent, there is a compliment to his efforts which will inevitably land Ace Da Great amongst the most mentioned of artists today. His music and his style, both infectious are what he uses to excel. Done with a lot of flash and cash, Ace Da Great is on a mission.

Aziza
With a rich cultural background of Middle Eastern roots comprising of Moroccan, Iraqi and Saudi Arabian decent, this 19 year-old Jersey City singer/songwriter, real name Aziza Shurafa, is a unique menagerie.  On the personal note she is wise beyond her years, all the while possessing a certain street appeal which anyone that encounters knows that she is not to be played with. Sufficiently stylish, her marketability ranges from the skateboard crowd, to hipsters and pure hip hop heads alike.  Ever the fashionista, as categorized by her brethren at Jersey Mint Records, Aziza is the Queen of the crew, and with that comes a certain demeanor.
" I love being the only female of the crew. I feel protected but at the same respected, as I can hold my own with any and every one."
With a persona and flair likes hers, it's easy to see why her music is so eclectic. Drawing from a wide variety of influences the likes of legendary artists such as Madonna, TLC, and Tupac, Aziza is a student of 90s era music.,

With her release, a few years back, of a mixtape which featured the critically acclaimed track  titled  U Mad, Fix Ya Face ,Aziza gained a local buzz which only fueled her hunger to expand her brand and audience . With the support of UpRight Entertainment Group , she's currently in the studio penning more songs and striving for greatness.

Pure. At first glance, it’s probably the most genuine word one can think of, but when you take a closer look you’ll notice it’s synonymous with other words such as innocent, clean, and wholesome; words that definitely wouldn’t describe the current state that Hip-Hop is in. These also are words that describe Jus Murray; pThe average individual would probably not think to consider him Hip-Hop, due to his R&B look and laid-back demeanor.   Do not be fooled; a closer look, and you will see a man with a past; a subtle confidence that goes unmissed. Offering his appetite for Hip-Hop, and his work ethic, Jus Murray has been blessed with the opportunity to display his penchant for composition and recordings that transcend any one musical genre. As a result of joining forces with Jersey Mint Records, he has been able to cross boundaries, and marketplaces sharing his brand with the masses.  Incorporating the rawest of emotions: love, hate, and that exist in between. Whichever way you choose to define:  R&B, Alternative, or Country Music undoubtedly you will be entertained, impressed even.  His fan base has grown exponentially, catering to what females want to hear, all the while standing firm as a representation, a voice for what males are afraid to say.
Embarking on a mission to dominate the music industry as we know it, Jus Murray has teamed up with some of Jersey’s young influentials, such as James “A-Natural” Foster of BlockStars Productions , as well as the rest of his Jersey Mint Records cohorts, including J Fontaine.  Objectives in tow, and the support that is needed by any aspiring artist,  he is a shoe-in to excel not only as an artist but as an executiveas well at The Jersey Mint.
With a pending release on tap, the skies are the limit for Jus Murray.

Some proclaim that they "don’t care what others think about them" but we can all agree that at face value thats a lie.  If in no other terms can it be understood, understand it in business. Supply, Demand, and Image reign.
When Newark born, Irvington raised New Jersey product R.A.P Phenomenal launched his musical career he was only thinking one thing:  You too (the audience) will think that he is a phenom too.
With a witty style and clever lyrics, this versatile artist has something everyone can enjoy.   After appearing on BET’S Rap City, winning 106 & Park’s Freestyle Friday as well as adding a Fight Club Championship to his trophy case, he has a battle-tested resume that Floyd Mayweather would be proud of.
With a new focus, on song writing, and album releases, these accolades are in his rearview. While other artists foolishly predict the millions of records they’re gonna sell, he only has one guarantee and that is… he is R.A.P – Real As Promised; after signing a management deal with The Jersey Mint, he intends to do just that.

To the average on-looker, it would seem impossible to make a big impact in music these days. Thoughts of the commonality of one hit wonders would seek to refute this statement, however the mere lack of longevity supports. With the shortage of quality talent, a listening public has become harder to obtain.  Fanemonium is down according to some, thats why there is a NEED for a movement to provide what the masses need. Look no further than Jersey Mint, and its 22 year old phenom Shard.  Much much more than an entertainer, Shard is fully capable of accomplishing whatever he wants to, as evident by his track record personally and industry related.
The Jersey City native, also known as The New & Improved Fresh Prince, is a student of the game. Overly confident to some, humility is not an achilles heel. What is, is haters and those who do not support true talent, and great promise. With his respect for the pioneering class of HIP HIP, all the more reason to adopt the name "Fresh Prince" $hard is working hard to put his name in lights and leave his footprints in the sand. Providing feel good music, $hard is overcoming the negative stereotypes of his hometown and spreading hope.  The creator of UpRight Entertainment Group, a movement made in his image of style and competitive flair.
With is latest release, Code Red, $hard is simply letting the rest of the world in on the things that he already knew about him self, that he is destine for greatness.
