THE MOTTO
#PRICELESS. More people need to respect this saying, and understand that the same worth they have of themselves, others have. Too often people want you to support their plight, but do not reciprocate. Those are the individuals who will continue to look up at success. The Blueprints have been handed down for countless years, pay attention. There is a reason some people are really #winning. Take notice, and apply.

Xtreme 104FM takes the 2012 A&R Power Summit by Storm
South Beach, Miami, Florida
June 26th 2012
The brooklyn, NY based broadcasting brand set out for a promotional tour with the objective of getting the rest of the East Coast just as familiar with their excellence, as the tri-state and other areas of their market has been for quite some time; their destination- South Beach, Miami. As if coincidence was not at play, the same place that saw the Miami Heat raise up Lebron James' first NBA title, a changing of the guard, seemingly, the same dynamic was at play in the music industry.
As the only internet-based broadcasting medium, to receive an invitation, Xtreme 104 FM took center stage as the official broadcast arm of the entire event.
Station-Head DJ xxxotic Mami, widely respected in the business for her accomplishments and savvy reminded individuals that it is only the beginning for a brand that has been gaining steam since its 4th quarter 2011 inception.
"We've been working hard and holding our own by giving our audience quality programming, featuring great shows with even better hosts/ affiliates. As the leader of such a great brand, I can only begin to tell you how assuring it is to be surrounding by such a great collection of teammates. As I have always said, Xtreme 104 FM is a team; the #XtremeTeam as we like to call it, and we're only getting stronger. With the things we have in the works starting with the 2nd Quarter All Star Concert thursday of this week in New York City, the future will be even brighter than expected."
Chief Relations Officer Jason Bourne echoed the same sentiments,
"There is no more a satisfying feeling than knowing that you are associated with such a capable, and ambitious collective. The Xtreme Team will soon take its place atop media period, provided we continue to make strides and execute the opportunites that are at our disposal. Xtreme 104 FM is a brand that everyone who truly loves quality music and entertainment should familiarize themself with."
Rumor has it that there is a big announcement to be made by the label shortly. At press time, those questons were not answered by neither DJ XXXotic Mami nor her rep, only prompting the public to continue to support the brand, and keep their ears and eyes glued to the machine that is Xtreme 104FM.

So Much Style, Should be down with the Stylistics
Check out Azaleia Banks exercising her style in Paper Magazine
On the inspiration behind “212”: “Nobody was listening to my music. I had been dropped from [the English record label] XL. My manager dropped me. My boyfriend left me. I was starting to accept that my career was never gonna happen. So the song was just me, like, ‘F**k y’all. Y’all not gonna help me? I’m gonna get it myself.’” (courtesy of Paper Magazine)

Taking KONTROL of her own destiny
Dawn Richards shows off a very impressive shape for the latest issue of Kontrol Magazine. I must admit I have been taking notes, and Dawn has certainly surprised me with her ability to stand alone. Her singing was never in question, its just that I didnt think she had the persona to do it solo. She has definitely proved me wrong, and carved a nice niche out for herself. Before long, she might just be in the spotlight; for now Indy looks good on her. #SALUTE
