ATLANTA-- VH1's hit reality series, Love And Hip-Hop Atlanta is about to become even more fabulous, as noted celebrity stylist Delvon Johnson and accomplished hairstylist Marisa (Risa) Shockley-Wilson bring their unique talents to Stomp The Runway, a fashion show benefiting Higher Family Achievement, presented by Love & Hip Hop star Momma Dee this Friday, May 17th, at the upscale XS Ultra Lounge located at 708 Spring Street in Atlanta. Showtime is 7:30 PM, admission is free.
As Lead Stylist, Delvon Johnson, who has worked with Mob Wives' Karen Gravano, haute couture designer Adrian Alicea, and plus-size retailer Ashley Stewart, will give Stomp The Runway's models a dazzling, awe-inspiring look. He will supervise two other stylists to create an unforgettable pageant of glamour that will be the talk of Atlanta, and beyond. Delvon is also the Fashion Editor of the nationally-distributed Ikons Magazine, serves as the in-house stylist for Labelleladiva Enterprises, LLC, and is the star of the upcoming UBC-TV Network program, Style 'N Beauty Cafe, which will reach 50 million American homes at its cable television premiere later this year. Delvon is privileged to work with Higher family Achievement, and to appear on Love And Hip-Hop Atlanta.
Delvon is joined by coiffure expert Risa, hairstylist extraordinaire, whose eye-catching technique is second to none, in giving Stomp The Runway's models their exquisite beauty. Risa's uplifting, highly specialized work encompasses projects and personalities of every description, and she is excited to participate in this worthy charity event on national television.
Higher Family Achievement, an Atlanta charity, offers local low-income families educational support, through food programs, providing school supplies, clothing, and family life skils services. Its CEO is Mrs. Georgia 2012, Nancy Klausner, who is a well-known educational advocate and founder of The Math Club, helping students achieve excellence in mathematics.
