Stevie Has Dont It Again
NEWS of the Day: Stevie J is expecting a child with business partner @ SJ Music Group Tammie Grant (ex-wife of former NBA Star Brian Grant)
Quote me on this....
When you're HOT you are HOT, just ask Stevie J. As if he needed any more publicity, he has found a way to do it again. Now let me say this, I may not agree with his life decisions, but when that check gets cut I am pretty sure he doesnt feel too bad. I just hope his paper work is straight. This brother has been on a tear recently. He has parle-ed (yeah that was a plug) his Love and Hip Hop stardom into a walking billboard for publicity! Maybe even to the point of rivaling Kanye and Kim K. Who would have thunk that could be done? Dont hate him, hate the media. But then again, dont hate us, we just regurgitate what we are given, and Stevie J is giving us a lot. How do you stop this kind of monster? Doesnt matter, you shouldn't want to. We all get our 15 mins, what will you do with yours? Dont try what he tries @ home.
#SALUTE.

Morning Reflection
Its a beautiful thing when you can come to a mutual agreement about how something is to go, especially in business because at the end of the day the common goal should always take precedent and all actions be conducive to meeting it

Be Careful What You Ask For
Media, as much as it may be criticized it cannot be avoided. If by chance you are in the slightest way confused that facebook and twitter, as well as instagram, are not then I am sorry for you! Now that we have gotten that out of the way, I would like to thank you all for your embrace of this industry which I am so passionate about. Make no mistake that when I titled this, I was warning myself as well. You see often, there comes a point when I am disgusted by the same outfit which gives me promise, the media. I was running through the papers today, another form of media, and was stiffled by something.
Before I go any further I would like to extend me condolences and say that my heart goes out to the family of Lloyd Morgan, the 4 year who was gun down during a gun battle in the Bronx over the weekend. By no means is this editorial a slight at the tragedy, what it is however is a point made about the discretionary usage of media. Under normal circumstances, which I thought to be standard, minors were not to have their names included. For the purpose of not being hypocritical, I will not include his either, but is it not owed to the young man accused of being the culprit to have his government name omitted as well. Understand that I used the cliche "government name." That play on word is what has me at this cross road of baffle. Since they own it, I'm guessing they have the right to the property and its application. Would it play out the same in Gramercy, or chelsea, riverdale, or Kensington? Interesting
The following question that I raise, which is totally adjacent to the circumstances previously mentioned, but of the same nature theoretically: if that landfill which is being propositioned were to be placed in Harlem, East New York, South Jamaica, Stapleton, or Mott Haven would there be such opposition and protest?
These are the things that my mind cannot let go of. As an aspiring media participant, how will I go about the same obligation, biases not withstanding.

Rita Ora talks Rihanna and HER OWN STYLE in Complex Magazine
photographer Zoe McConnell in London
When asked about her and Rihanna having any ill-will, she says:
“Everyone thought that we hated each other, but the whole thing was created by the media. That’s what’s so funny."
Roc Nation Exec Ty-Ty Smith had this to say on the subject:
"When Rihanna came out we heard the Beyoncé comparisons. People jump to that when it’s someone they don’t know. Like, ‘Oh, that’s that girl who wants to be Beyoncé.’ Now they’re saying the same thing about Rita, that she’s the new Rihanna. She just has to show them who she is and she will be fine. I admire Rihanna. She works her ass off. She hasn’t had a break and she has given people hit after hit after hit. That work ethic and discipline is hardcore. That’s the kind of shit that I want to do. That I will do.”

"Who that on the pole?"
This has got to be more than embarrassing for Lil Scrappy. I was just praising the brother yesterday to my own mom saying how he made a way for his to get a check too. However raunchy and boisterous she can be, you still gotta respect a dude that can create lanes for everybody like that. Somehow though, I just dont think he had this in mind:
