Life is too short to harp on things of the past. By no means am I insinuating that it is easy to forgive and forget but I do believe there is reward in taking initiative with the forgiving portion. It takes too much energy to hold grudges, not acknowledging the benefit in growing from all situations. The key to life most time is progress, and application of all lessons learn. Need a great example of that, check out the maturation of the members of Destiny's Child.
