Ever felt like the rain came at the exact time when you wish it hadn't and you began to internalize everything from the moment when you walked out the door in the morning; I was on my way to one of those days until I remembered all the things that I could be thankful for today- see for me I find genuine gratitude in anything possible. Could be a person that stepped to the side this morning to allow me to jump down that last step and catch the train before the doors closed knowing that waiting forhe next one would put me behind schedule; or maybe it was my daughter saying "u look sophisticated when I merely had a button up on, nothing fancy but coming from my 7 year old I am just overwhelmed that she even conceptualizes something like that;
I could go on and on with the list but the gist of what I'm saying is that I truly look at things different now a days- its a complete contrast to the past, but I embrace it.
